Kirk’s Framing Inc., was established in 1992 by Jeff and Patricia Kirk. We saw a need in the area for quality framing at an affordable price.

Unfortunately Jeff passed away in 1998 but his ideals are still with us. Our son Jeff Kirk left the company in 1999 to pursue a career in the Army. In 2001 our daughter Corene Kirk joined the company and was a great asset for many years in 2009 she left the company to pursue her goals with the state of Florida. My current husband James Kolosky joined Kirk’s Framing Inc in 2001 and has been a great asset to the company.  At the start of 2009 we added James’s son Keith who has been a wonderful addition to our company. We  are truly a family business.

Currently we are working on an eleven thousand square foot house south of Green Cove for Carlton Construction, a remodel job for Lighthouse Construction and a six thousand square foot house for Morales Construction. We have recently completed the Sadler Residence which is the first Platinum leed built house in northeast Florida, an Olive Garden in Port Orange and a Red Robin in Wesley Chapel for Deerfield Construction, Nocatee Aquatics Park, for Carlton Construction and Development. We have also completed several office buildings in the Eagle Harbor area for Rosewood Homes and Poimboeufs. As a family owned business we take a lot of pride in our work.
